At this stage we are shipping Roulette to continental Europe and the US
US, AT, BE, FR, DE, IT, LU, NL, PL, PT, ES, SE, CH.
EU:
Order Processing & Handling
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) are processed and packed the same day for pickup the following morning. Our standard handling time is 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize premium carriers including DPD, GLS, and BPost to ensure your order arrives safely.
Belgium, France, The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days (24 - 48 hours).
Rest of Continental EU: 2 to 4 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may be longer for remote areas or during peak holiday seasons.
Duties & Taxes
We ship from our warehouse in the EU (Belgium). All taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost or product price.
There are no hidden fees; you will not be charged any additional customs fees or VAT upon delivery.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@roulettecarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
US:
US Order Processing & Exclusive Drop Handling
Welcome to our exclusive US drop, reserved specifically for our early adopters. Because this is a special release, your items are being prepared and routed internationally before entering our domestic fulfillment network.
Estimated Delivery Times
To bring this limited drop to the US, the estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days. Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas or if impacted by severe weather and carrier delays.

All US customs, duties, and taxes are fully included in the product price. There are absolutely no hidden fees; you will not be charged any additional import fees or unexpected costs upon delivery.
Order Tracking
When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please note that tracking will not become active immediately. Your tracking information will update and show movement only after the products have arrived in the US and are handed over to our local carrier partners (such as USPS or UPS).
