How to build my Roulette
Your Roulette arrives in three separate pieces that fit together in minutes. It’s a simple setup. Just visit our “How to Build Your Roulette” page or follow these steps in our set-up guide:

What materials is the product made of?
Only the best tried & approved materials for our Roulette lovers:
⊛ BAG: Heavy Nylon weave with low gloss. Premium and waterproof textile.
⊛ FRAME: Light weight powder coated aluminium
⊛ WHEELS: High quality TPU - Shore A75 hardness
(Same material as skateboard wheels)
⊛ STRAP: 38mm Nylon weave + metal G-hooks
What are the roulette's dimensions?
In centimeters:
⊛ BAG: 64.5 cm high × 34 cm wide × 24.5 cm deep.
⊛ FRAME: 98 cm high × 34 cm wide × 42 cm deep.
In inches:
⊛ BAG: 25.4 in high × 13.4 in wide × 9.6 in deep
⊛ FRAME: 38.6 in high × 13.4 in wide × 16.5 in deep
In other words? The perfect fit for a week’s worth of groceries, no awkward balancing acts, no second trips. Just one smooth, stylish roll and done.
Will there be other colors/accessories available at launch?
Two bag colors will be available for the launch. Soho Disco (silver bag with silver frame) and Manhattan Blue (deep navy bag with black frame). You will also be able to customize your Roulette by choosing between our 4 iconic jelly wheels colours, or add a cheeky Freezer Pack.
The goal is to develop multiple other bag & wheel colors! But that's for down the line my friend.
Refund & return policy
The 30-Day "Living Room" Test We want you to love your Roulette. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order arrives.
We know you need to feel the roll to believe it. Feel free to assemble your Roulette and test-drive it around your home to make sure the height, handle, and glide are perfect for you. If it’s not a perfect match, you can return it within 30 days.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in like-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Cost: To make returns easy, we provide a prepaid shipping label so you don't have to worry about finding a carrier.
Please note: Returns are not free. A flat fee of €15 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover a portion of the shipping costs & restocking.
No payment needed at drop-off: You do not need to pay anything at the post office or parcel shop; the fee is simply subtracted from your refund later.
How to Start a Return
1.Log in: Go to our Return Portal Link (or click "Manage Returns" in the website footer).
2.Request: Log in with your email, select the item you wish to return, and submit your request.
3.Label: If approved, we will immediately email you a prepaid shipping label with instructions.
4.Ship: Print the label, attach it securely to the original box, and drop it off at the carrier point indicated on the label.
Refunds: Once we receive your return at our warehouse and verify its condition (this usually takes 2-3 business days after delivery), we will process your refund.
The amount refunded will be the original purchase price minus the €15 return fee.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Damages & Issues If your Roulette arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please do not use the return portal. Instead, email us immediately at help@roulettecarts.com with a photo. We will make it right with a free replacement or repair parts—on us.
Shipping & duties costs
Order Processing & Handling
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) are processed and packed the same day for pickup the following morning. Our standard handling time is 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates (Continental EU)
We currently ship to countries within the continental European Union. Countries we ship to: AT, BE, FR, DE, IT, LU, NL, PL, PT, ES, SE.
We do not ship to the United Kingdom or Switzerland at this time.
-Orders over €200: FREE Shipping.
-Orders under €200: Flat rate of €20.
These shipping rates can be adapted during promotional moments.
Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize premium carriers including DPD, GLS, and BPost to ensure your order arrives safely.
-Belgium, France, The Netherlands: 2 to 3 business days (24 - 48 hours).
-Rest of Continental EU: 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may be longer for remote areas or during peak holiday seasons.
Duties & Taxes: We ship from our warehouse in the EU (Belgium).
-All taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost or product price.
-There are no hidden fees, you will not be charged any additional customs fees or VAT upon delivery.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@roulettecarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How will the Roulette come when shipped?
We get it, nobody likes complicated instructions (not looking at anyone Swedish in particular...)
Your sexy Roulette will arrive in a compact cardboard box, and we've designed it for super-easy assembly. The frame simply splits into two main pieces (the bottom and vertical parts), and you'll just click them together with our genius, one-screw mechanism.
The bag then clips right onto the frame – seriously, it's that easy! You'll be rolling in no time.
